My Oodles for Doodles Store ships United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) to domestic United States locations. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do NOT ship to U. S. Territories, APO/FPO, or international locations. You can choose from a variety of shipping options for your order though not all options are available to all destinations.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We accept addresses that are considered valid by USPS. Items returned to us because the package could not be delivered to the address you supplied will be processed as a return.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Thursday (except holidays) will be processed the next day. If the next day is a holiday, orders will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, on Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed the next business day. We will send you an Order Confirmation when your order has been processed and a Shipping Confirmation when our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery.
For expedited shipping (One Day and Two Day), orders must be received by 8 AM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday (except holidays) to be processed same day. For all other times, orders with expedited shipping will be processed as described in the previous paragraph.
Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, you may experience a delay between your Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails.
Please note: Rates and shipping dates are subject to change at any time. Shipping costs include processing, packaging and shipping your order.
Order Confirmation
Order Confirmations are sent via email once your order is completed in our system. Be aware that some email applications will initially place this confirmation in your junk or spam mail folder. If this occurs, please add our email address to your safe list. If you do not receive am order confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us. Please include your name and order number. Shipping Locations & Times
We ship UPS or USPS to domestic United States locations. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do NOT ship to U. S. Territories, APO/FPO, or international locations. We hope to add these destinations in the future.
We ship from New Jersey. Standard Ground Shipping may take 3-6 days depending on the destination location. Oversized packages and packages over 20 lbs. may take additional shipping time. Our transportation partners deliver Monday through Friday only.
Please note: Seasonal traffic volumes, specifically during the Christmas holidays, may impact shipping times.
Please note: Certain events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions impacting shipping routes, may also impact shipping times.
Shipping surcharges
All orders to Alaska & Hawaii require additional shipping costs. As a result, shipments to Alaska & Hawaii require a surcharge for both standard and expedited shipping. A surcharge of $15 will be added to all deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii. This surcharge is listed at checkout and is in addition to regular shipping charges. If your order qualifies for free or discounted shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from your order at checkout but this surcharge will still apply.
An additional shipping surcharge will apply for certain heavy or oversize items. Shipping costs for these items will be calculated at checkout. For Standard shipping, a $5 surcharge will be added for each 5 lbs. of shipping weight. Shipping weight of 40 lbs. and above has a maximum surcharge of $40. For Two Day and Next Day shipping, a $15 surcharge will be added for each 5 lbs. of shipping weight. Shipping weight of 40 lbs. and above will have a maximum surcharge of $120.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from My Oodles for Doodles Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. If there is obvious damage to a shipped package, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. We do not provide refunds for items damaged during shipping. Items damaged during shipping are covered by insurance. You should immediately contact the carrier (UPS) so as not to void any insurance claim.
UPS automatically covers items up to $100. My Oodles for Doodles Store purchases additional insurance on your behalf to cover orders over $100.
Sales Tax
As required by United States law,My Oodles for Doodles Store charges 5% sales tax for items shipped to Virginia.
